Who is Sam?
Sam Song is the founder of Constava, a strategic design studio that helps entrepreneurs, artists and executive leaders create change. He works with leaders to clarify their vision, design a strategy and lead the change they seek to make.
With two decades of experience, Sam combines creativity, leadership, and consulting to provide the guidance and partnership to scale the impact.
Through frameworks like the Seasons Framework, the Strategic Design Process, and the Leadership Arrow, Sam helps leadership teams understand that no one leads alone. His strength is bridging big-picture vision with execution—turning ideas into outcomes and organizations into ecosystems that thrive.

Clarity Sessions
Half-day to two-day working sessions to answer the core questions: What is the change you seek to make? Who is it for? Why does it matter? Sessions also clarify the current reality—helping leaders move from delusional idealism to hope-filled reality.
Design Sprints
One to two weeks to walk through the Strategic Design Process:
- Envision the desired future
- Embrace the current reality
- Evaluate the paths forward
- Establish rhythms and systems
- Enroll in leading change
Build Seasons
Twelve-week engagements focused on coaching the execution of the strategic design and plan —implementing and integrating into real-world results.
Constava Studio
Longer-term partnership through investment and/or partnership, fractional leadership —co-creating and/or co-leading organizations ready to scale.
How to get started?
Sam works closely with a limited number of clients to ensure each engagement receives the focus and energy it deserves. At any given time, he partners with no more than 11 clients. This isn’t about exclusivity—it’s about being fully present and committed to helping leaders and teams create meaningful change.
